Let&#8217;s have a look at the variables that can affect the real estate market in the new year.<\/p>\n<h3>Political Instability<\/h3>\n<p>The betterment of industry largely depends upon the political environment of the country like every other industry. If it is stable, it will bring investment in the country and the real estate market will rise and if not then not much can be said about the growth of the industry.<\/p>\n<p>It is anticipated that the political condition of the country will get better in the upcoming months.
