A significant economic recovery is expected in 2023. According to the specialists in the market, new investments willpour into the sector. Let’s have a look at the variables that can affect the real estate market in the new year.<\/p>\n

Political Instability<\/h3>\n

The betterment of industry largely depends upon the political environment of the country like every other industry. If it is stable, it will bring investment in the country and the real estate market will rise and if not then not much can be said about the growth of the industry.<\/p>\n

It is anticipated that the political condition of the country will get better in the upcoming months. This will increase the investment flow and will also result in the launching of newer projects.<\/p>\n

Dollar Price vs Pakistani Rupee<\/h3>\n

The devaluation of the Pakistani rupee has been a matter of concern for all financial sectors of Pakistan. The Pakistani rupee is at its worst state in front of the dollar. It is fluctuating creating chaotic conditions for the business sector. The further depreciation of the rupee will only worsen the current situation.<\/p>\n
